Behind Light of Hope Sri Lanka stands a passionate team of volunteers who dedicate their time, talents, and hearts to helping those in need. Coming from different backgrounds, we share one common mission: to bring love and hope to the most vulnerable in Sri Lanka.
Why we do it
We feel called to reflect the love of Christ by serving the poor and vulnerable. That’s why we offer not only practical support, but also a listening ear and a compassionate heart.
Our volunteers are the driving force behind everything we do. From distributing food packages and supporting local families to implementing long-term solutions — each member of our team plays a vital role in making a real difference.
We work closely with trusted local partners, such as Pastor Dinush Sameera, to ensure that aid reaches the right people in the most effective way. These partnerships allow us to combine hands-on help with a deep understanding of the local context.
